DIY Snow Cone Earrings

Now that I’ve officially switched over to my summer wardrobe, I’m looking for some fun accessories that can spice up my outfits. I find that a lot of times I wear the same outfit over and over, but I love to switch out my accessories in between. Since we all know I love to DIY anything I can get my hands on, I decided to make these snow cone earrings out of just printer paper and styrofoam balls! They’re great because they can be made in any color of your choosing. They can even be made for Fourth of July in red, white, and blue. Let me give you a quick overview of the steps, because it’s extremely simple. All you’re doing is painting the Styrofoam balls, tracing the snow cone wrapper template, adding the earring pieces and gluing it all together. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy.

This project would be so fun to make with older kids or teens, or even by gathering up your girlfriends. Grab some rosé and get to crafting! These are now some my favorite earrings that I own and I can’t wait to wear them all summer long. They’re sure to cool off a hot summer day!

Picnic Bingo Cards- With Free Printable!

The weather is getting warmer and I am so darn excited! I love getting outside and being able to enjoy the nice spring season. We only have a few months of perfect weather, so I love to maximize my time outside. One of the best ways to enjoy the outdoors is having a picnic! Just a Wee Bit Irish Free Printable Iron-On

Happy St. Patrick’s Day! As the queen of the last minute blog post (seriously… it’s March 17!) I decided to make the easiest St. Patrick’s Day craft out there. A free printable where all you need is iron-on paper and a onesie or t-shirt! I’ve had this idea for a month but I was just finally able to work on it this weekend. Since Hailey is just a wee bit Irish (12.5%, to be precise!) I thought it would be really fun to make her this onesie! And since I'm generous, I'm sharing the printable with you totally for free! Also… I feel really foolish for having to use iron-on paper for dark fabrics YET AGAIN. I totally didn’t learn my lesson from Halloween but I’m going to order a new set for white fabrics, stat! Also, can we talk about how tiny newborn Hailey was. I’m not crying, you’re crying.

DIY Paper Tube Pen Cup

Getting organized was one of my top 2019 goals, since I feel like time is flying by since Hailey arrived! To help keep myself organized, I got this awesome calendar from Pinhole Press and I am so excited to share it with you! Disclaimer: the post was sponsored by Pinhole Press BUT I love their products. The calendar comes in 3 sizes, so I picked the medium size so that I had plenty of room to write but it wouldn’t take up too much room near my desk.

The calendar is dry erase and sticks right onto the wall, so I created this pen cup out of a toilet paper tube (WHAT?!) so that I can keep my dry erase markers handy. It’s also super cute and matches any decor when you wrap it in some washi tape!

DIY Boombox Music Valentines

Valentine’s Day is fast approaching, and I am still sorta in shock- wasn’t it Christmas 5 minutes ago?! Well, don’t worry- there’s still plenty of time to prepare some Valentines for the kiddos! While you can really easily purchase a stack of Minnie Mouse valentines at your local drugstore, I think it’s way more fun to make your own! I think these would also be great if you paired them with an iTunes gift card for your kids or family members. Gone are the days when you needed to hang out by the radio with a cassette tape inside, waiting for your favorite song to play!
